Add your own name servers to reserve your own identity with your customers. After you sign up you can setup your own Virtual Name Servers for $10 a month. This is easily done through your control panel. Just click on the 'Virtual Name Servers' button and you will be given your name server IP addresses and names. Then just go to your domain name registrar and add your name servers (usually at no extra cost) to your domain name records. These name servers can be used for each of your customers. So, when your customer searches for their domain name in the Whois database, they will see your company and not Great Buy Web Hosting.

Dedicated Reseller plans include the Reseller System Manager (RSM), that tracks client billing and supports automatic billing through a payment gateway and merchant account. Dedicated Reseller plans are available on semiannual and annual billing cycles only. You must call to have this set up.
Anyone can be a Reseller! Here are the steps:
Step One: Fax us this signed Credit Card Authorization Form to be able sign up as a Reseller. Call first or your fax will not be accepted. Number is on form.
Step Two: Sign up for the Reseller Hosting Plan at the regular price. All plans added from your control panel will be 50% off. Call our sales department at: 1-866-303-0344 if you would like to sign up as a Tier 2 Reseller.
Step Three (optional): If you would like to set up Virtual Name Servers just log into your control panel and click on 'Virtual Name Server' to create name servers for your company. With Virtual Name Servers your customers will see your company name when they do a whois search, not Great Buy Web Hosting's name servers. Having your own name servers is optional. You can add resold hosting accounts without using your own name servers. Step Four: To start adding your resold hosting accounts just log into your control panel and click on 'Add Domain' -- after entering the order, you will receive your customers' account information by email within 10 minutes. You can then edit the welcome email and send it on to your customer with your company name if you would like to. That's It!
