All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Setup fees if any are nonrefundable. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of prepayment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. When paying by credit card, the card that you use to activate your account will be automatically charged each month, unless you have chosen to pay for multiple months. We will only accept money orders if you are prepaying on a semi-annual or annual basis only. Your account will not be processed until your payment has been received. Print out the order form and mail it, along with the money order, to: Dennis's Computer Graphics - 1405 Cedar St., Niceville, FL 32578. You will be emailed 30 days in advance when next payment is due. All accounts are billed automatically on the anniversary of your sign up date. Which means if you signed up on May 5th as a monthly hosting client, your account will be due on June 5th. Your credit card statement will show a charge from "Dennis's Computer Graphics" which is the parent company for GreatBuyWebHosting.com. All of our hosting clients are provided with our online account management and billing history system which can be viewed through your control panel. Past due accounts are given a 5 day grace period, after which a $5.00 late fee will be applied to the account. Any account not brought current within five (5 days) is subject to suspension unless prior arrangements have been made. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies Great Buy Web Hosting in writing for a request for termination of services. Reactivation of a suspended account incurs a reactivation fee of $20.00. If you are suspended more than twice, you will be required to pay bi-annually before your site is reinstated. For cancellation questions, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policies. Information Changes: If you need to update your name, address, or credit card information, you must do so through the your control panel or you can call us at 1-866-303-0344 and we will update the information for you. All hosting accounts include online billing management through your control panel. You can login and look at your billing history at anytime. Hard Copy invoices and statements available via snail mail are available for a $5 fee per each invoice/statement. Questions Regarding Charges on Credit Card Statement: If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact us immediately. If the charges were made in error, we will immediately credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount. Please do not request chargebacks until you have spoken with our billing department. If the charges were not made in error and fall within our policies, any chargebacks will be considered nonpayment and your account will be immediately suspended and turned over to our collection agency. There is a $50.00 fee for chargebacks. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts WILL be reported to all available credit reporting agencies and HostAbuse.com Please note that our billing department handles billing questions only. Billing questions are handled Monday - Saturday, 10am - 10pm CST, holidays excluded.
